Biography

Jean-Pierre Morris is a partner in DSF’s Litigation group with over 15 years of experience representing individuals, corporations, and public entities in commercial and civil disputes. He appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal.

Jean-Pierre has developed a particular focus in employment disputes, professional liability, and insurance defence. His practice combines strategic litigation with a results-oriented approach, seeking efficient resolutions while remaining fully prepared to proceed to trial when necessary.

Prior to joining DSF, Jean-Pierre practiced at a mid-size Bay Street firm and completed his articles at the Ministry of the Attorney General. He is known for his thorough preparation, clear communication, and dedication to his clients’ outcomes.
